Return Policy
Due to the pristine condition of our bags, we do not offer general returns. Each bag is handled with the utmost care, and we would not want to resell a bag that may have been damaged during a return process.
The only exception is if a bag has been proven to not be authentic by a verified authentication company. In this case, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item.
